How to Install the Center Cloth:
This is very easy.  Just wrap it around the center insert and staple it underneath.  You do not use any adhesive here.  You will need to cut out triangles like you did for the vinyl rail so that the material wont bunch up underneath.  But otherwise, just wrap and staple!
